Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and hygiene seals attached.

  Initiate Online

  Visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, you will receive an email with your store credit or exchange confirmation.
